Located next to Bolgoda lake south of the capital city, this villa offers a peaceful and secluded experience. the well-managed garden and spacious pool make it perfect for families. the large bedrooms are equipped with all necessary facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the excellent service and delicious food add to the overall satisfaction. the breathtaking view of the lake is an added bonus.
One drawback is the distance from the airport and the main city, which may not be ideal for those looking for a centrally located property.

a view of the lake from our window. if your plans include visiting polhena, you should stay here. a great selection options for breakfast. location, a short walk to all attractions.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Polhena, a popular attraction. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. the rooms are comfortable and met our expectations 🌊.

Great location near the lake, away from the noisy city. Lovely outdoor pool and spectacular view of the surrounding area. Perfect for those who prefers luxurious amenities.
Rooms were a bit small and not cleaned properly. There was also a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location next to Bolgoda lake, and the helpful staff. We couldn't find any fault with our stay.

The villa had a lovely outdoor pool where I could relax and soak up the sun. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The location was also great as it offered a peaceful and secluded atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
One major downside was the distance from the airport and the city. It took quite a while to get to the villa from the airport, and it wasn't within walking distance to any major attractions or shops.
